500g frozen home grown organic broad beans
4-5 home grown fresh organic tomatoes
6-8 cloves of organic garlic
tbls paprika
1 tsp kelp
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbs wine (optional)
¼ c olive oil
1 dessert spoon organic sea salt
2 tsp soy sauce
In a non stick frying pan, place half olive oil. Add the beans, frozen or cooked. While the beans are cooking, slice the tomatoes and add. Chop the garlic and add to pan. Add paprika, kelp (for iodine); and chilli, wine, remainder of olive oil, salt and soy sauce. Mash the mixture. Cook well, without burning, to reduce liquid - aiming for the consistency of chutney. Use it as a side dish unless you like it bad.
