This is the gluten free alternative to the Fish Fingers/Nuggets recipe. If there is one member in the househould unable to eat wheat, the fish can be separated out after processing with the egg in one batch and wheat in the other.
- 600g fish
- 2 eggs
- flakey sea salt to taste
- lemon for garnish
For more flavour add Thai curry paste, or make your own Thai seasoning.
