How can the Human race survive the next 100 years? This is the question posed by renowned scientist, one of the world’s leading theoretical physicists, Dr Stephen Hawking on Yahoo Answers. 

He asks: “In a world that is in chaos politically, socially and environmentally, how can the human race sustain another 100 years?”

Dr Hawking said he asked the question because he himself didn’t know the answer. 

Of the 25,000 plus answers received to the question, some according to the Guardian Weekly, said we should just learn to get along, others predicted technology would see us through, and more still invoked the powers of God, love and peace.
