The launch of OANZ will include a Trade Expo. The following is exhibitor and site information for the event.

Launch Programme
SITES: priced from $540+gst
All sites have;
· Carpet on the floor (max loading 500kg/sq-m)
· Velcro receptive grey walls to 2 metres high.(staples,drawing pins etc ok)
· Power-10amp single phase (2 on sites 4mx3m or larger)
· Lighting- 300watt halogen flood light (2 on sites 4mx3m or larger)
· Overhead space- 10 metres wall top >overhead platform. Hang a banner.
· Trestle table and chairs. (2 on sites 4mx3m or larger)
· Ticket to all meals/events. (2 on sites 4mx3m or larger) breakfast, launch, gala.
· Free car park.(important in Wellington)
· Access to the exhibitor lounge (free tea, coffee etc)
· Access to private office (choice of 2)to conclude deals.
· Programme listing including detail + 50 words.
· Requirements outside those listed please contact Bill.
The detail of both above and below will be dealt with through the exhibitor manual once registrations are in.
Eftpos - Connections are no problem; a cash-out facility will be working on site.
Trolleys - and a forklift are available for unloading.
Food and alcohol sales - There is no problem selling either however a license may be required. Tick the box on the site application form.
Seminars
Exhibitors have the opportunity to deliver a presentation in the seminar room with the support of data projectors etc, the sessions are 25 minutes including question time and run every 30 minutes. Tick the box on the site application form.
Outside exhibits
If you are best served with outdoor display space or wish to give a practical demonstration (a garden/commercial mulcher etc) we have access to cobbled and grassed areas adjacent to the Events Centre — talk to Bill.
On site promotions
Data projectors will project images onto the walls above the show area (6 metres from floor), 8 in total, 2 of these will be available for non-audio advertising.
General
An organic café will be open during the show. A garden area with seating and tables will be set-up on the terrace for patrons to relax. Trees and shrubbery will also lift the ambiance inside.
Build-up and breakdown
Buildup can take place from 8.30 on the 3rd November and must be complete by midnight. Should you require setup outside these times please discuss with Bill.
Breakdown can take place from 8.30pm on the 5th November but we advise with traffic relating to the fireworks you enjoy the atmosphere and a wine and pack up on Sunday from7am.
Poster display
An area is allocated for poster displays, we are happy to set these up, there is a charge of $40 per a 1m x 2m high panel used.
Meal / event passes
Extra passes (all sites receive 1 or 2 passes as above) for the Organic Breakfast, Launch Luncheon and Gala Dinner are available at $125each, reduced from full price of $155. Look after your staff and best clients; consider a corporate table (10 seats) for only $110 each (9 or 8 depending on site size.)

Eligibility
All exhibitors must hold a current organic certification (if applicable) or meet the organic considerations as perceived and interpreted by Organic Promotions and the appointed OANZ officer.
Site application
Please use the site application form (separate), just fill in and email back, an invoice will be sent reserving the site for 10 days with full site conformation and exhibitor manual dispatched upon payment

Terms and Conditions.
- Exhibits are to be displayed in a safe and professional manner meeting the requirements of relevant central and local government regulations and acts.
- Exhibitors will ensure that on site activities will not impinge on other Exhibitors or the public (noise and safety in particular.)
- Exhibits on any given site will be those of the Exhibitor unless consent (written) from Organic Promotions has been gained.
- Insurance; Each Exhibitor is required to carry public liability insurance and is responsible at all times for all things on their site.

General
Organic Promotions has over the last 15 years organised many events pertaining to the organic sector (mostly at primary production level) and with associate organisation Quinn Screen Hire have been involved in a wide range of ‘events’ in the wider community.
We have an international and national organic database and have worked with many in the boarder organic sector as producers, educators and promoters.
We look forward to this challenge and the gains that the wider community as well as the organic sector will see from this project.
